We’re coming together to offer something truly special; a 5-hour immersive experience that blends the rhythmic breathwork journey with a Sound Immersion experience.
Through guided breath, music, and the power of live sound (singing bowls, gongs, drums, and didgeridoo), you’ll be supported to uncover the deeper aspects of who you are and what makes you unique. Through this experience you will be guided to release stress, reconnect with your body, and rediscover your inner calm.
This is a space for deep exploration, renewal, and grounding.
