Mental Health Awareness Workshop

Community Connect Hub Inc., in collaboration with the Transcultural Mental Health Centre and Acknowledge Education, is proud to present the Mental Health Awareness Workshop — an engaging and educational event designed to promote understanding, resilience, and well-being among individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Join us on this interactive session, which will focus on key areas of stress, anxiety, and depression, helping participants recognise early warning signs and develop practical strategies to maintain mental wellness.

Throughout the workshop, participants will learn:

• What anxiety and depression are, and how they affect daily life.
• How to identify red flags in themselves and others.
• Effective coping and self-care strategies to support mental well-being.
• Where and how to seek professional help and community support services.

This event aims to create a safe and inclusive space for open discussion of mental health, reduce stigma and foster stronger, more connected communities.
