This immersive event will guide you through the deeper meaning of Tantra—not just as a spiritual path, but as a practice of presence, connection, and awakening your life force.We'll explore the chakra system and how it relates to your sensuality, emotions, and personal growth, while also understanding the role of the nervous system in feeling safe, grounded, and open to deeper intimacy.You’ll also learn about Kundalini energy (also known as Chi)—the vital force within all of us—and how to gently activate it through guided breathwork, simple self or partnered touch, and conscious movement.To support your healing journey, we’ll incorporate Art Therapy as a creative outlet to express what words cannot—unlocking insight, emotion, and inner wisdom through color, form, and intuitive creation.Whether you’re new to Tantra or seeking to deepen your practice, this is a space to reconnect with your body, awaken your energy, and experience sacred intimacy with yourself and others.✨ Come as you are.
