Location
The event is held in the picnic area next to Green Timbers Lake in Green Timbers Urban Forest Park (14600 block of 100 Avenue).
Time
The event runs from 12-4pm, but the park is open from dawn to dusk—feel free to explore before or after!
Seating
Relax at one of the park’s picnic tables or benches. You’re welcome to bring your own blanket or lawn chair too.
Washrooms
Washrooms are available in the parking lot, just a short walk from the event site.

Free parking is available:
In the lot off 100 Avenue between 144 & 148 Street
At the Surrey Nature Centre (14225 Green Timbers Way), just a 10-15-minute walk along a nature trail
Along 144 Street just north of 100 Avenue
Pets
Leashed dogs are welcome. Please come prepared to clean up after your dog.
Accessibility
Accessible parking & washrooms are available in the100 Ave lot
Event area is flat and grassy, with a gravel path connecting to the parking lot
Service animals are welcome
Food & drink
Enjoy one free ice cream from Rocky Point Ice Cream (while supplies last!)
Bringing your own picnic? Please remember to pack it in and pack it out
Alcohol is not permitted in unlicensed public spaces

Don’t forget your camera—the park is beautiful, and there will be lots of great photo opportunities!
