In this class, you’ll explore:
*How to break free from grips and holds (like wrist grabs)
*Escaping from behind grabs and surprise attacks
*Basic submission techniques for protection (including a choke release)
*Confidence and awareness skills to help prevent dangerous situations
This class is open to all levels—no prior experience needed. The focus is on practical moves anyone can learn, taught in a safe and supportive environment.
