Vanguard Artists Show

Vanguard Artists, founded in 1977, is a premier group of professional artists committed to excellence in fine art. The group meets at 1:00 PM on the first Friday of each month (except during the summer) at the Sun City West Foundation in Sun City West, Arizona. Vanguard Artists provides a supportive forum for thoughtful critique, helping members refine their work while fostering artistic growth through education, networking, and collaboration.

In February 2026, Vanguard Artists will be featured in a special exhibition at the WHAM Gallery, on view February 2–28, 2026, during gallery hours 10:00 AM–4:00 PM at WHAM Art Center, located at 16560 N Dysart Rd, Surprise, AZ 85378. This showcase highlights the group’s ongoing pursuit of excellence and its impact on the greater arts community.
