Come on a journey into Balance, Rest & Sound…
The Fall Equinox is a sacred turning point — the day when light and dark stand in perfect balance. It invites us to pause, release what no longer serves, and open ourselves to receive more of what we truly desire.
This immersive sound healing experience is designed to help you soften into stillness, honor your shadows, and step fully into your light.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
+ Guided Meditation (10 minutes)
We’ll begin with a grounding meditation to prepare your mind, body, and spirit. Through breath and visualization, you’ll anchor into balance, release tension, and create space to receive.
+ Sound Journey (60 minutes)
Immerse yourself in the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other vibrational instruments. Each tone is chosen to help clear away heaviness, restore balance, and open your heart to peace, abundance, and support.
🌗 Light + Shadow Ritual
At the start of the event, you'll be invited into a simple yet powerful ritual. Each participant will receive two stones: a dark stone to represent what you are ready to release, and a light stone to symbolize what you are ready to receive. You’ll leave carrying the light stone home — a physical reminder of your inner balance and your openness to the gifts of the season.

WHAT TO BRING:
Please bring a pillow or anything that helps you feel comfortable, cozy, and supported. Yoga mats, blankets, and eye masks will be provided to help you fully drop in.
