Sound Bath Meditation with Keli

FIRST SUNDAYS!! Bjoiful Sound Bath Meditation, led by Keli Medcroft, provides time to sit quietly to contemplate, reflect, meditate, and balance the mind, body, and spirit. "Singing bowls" are an amazing tool to promote healing and well-being to the entire body. Everything in the universe responds to a constant vibrational state. Keli uses the bowls produce varying tones to promote wellness and deep relaxation. (You may bring a sketchbook if you desire to create or write during this time.)
