In this month’s SoulFire Sisters Circle, we’ll gently journey into deeper inner child healing through guided hypnotherapy, sacred ceremony, and heartfelt sisterhood.

This is a night to soften…

to remember…

and to reconnect with the part of you that still wants to feel safe, seen, and loved.

🌿 What We’ll Be Doing Together

✨ A grounding opening circle to create safety and connection

🌀 A guided hypnotherapy meditation to meet your inner child in a safe, supported way

📸 Bringing a photo of yourself between the ages of 4–7 to anchor the connection

💗 Inner child reflection & gentle dialogue (sharing is always optional)

🕯️ Inner Child Promise Ceremony — writing a loving promise to your inner child and anchoring it with intention

🌸 Optional essential oil anointing to seal the promise with comfort, presence, and care

🔥 A closing circle to integrate, ground, and return gently

This experience is not about reliving trauma.

It’s about meeting your younger self from the wisdom, compassion, and safety you hold now.

🕯️ Inner Child Promise Ceremony

After meeting your inner child in meditation, you’ll be guided to write one heartfelt promise to her — something she needs to hear and feel now.

Examples:

• “I promise to protect you.”

• “I promise you don’t have to be perfect.”

• “I promise to listen when you speak.”

Your promise will be placed with your childhood photo and, if you choose, gently anointed with a calming essential oil to seal the intention.

This ceremony helps move the healing from insight into embodied self-trust and care.
