-Reflect & Journal-Through guided prompts, you’ll explore what feels sustainable, what needs stronger boundaries, and where your energy wants more support this year.
-Shift Survival-Based Patterns-Using gentle subconscious reprogramming, we’ll release beliefs tied to overworking, self-doubt, or proving your worth - and replace them with grounded self-trust.
-Sound Healing-You’ll be guided into an immersive sound bath to regulate the nervous system and support deep integration.
-Anchor & Embody-We’ll close with a visualization to help you embody steadiness, clarity, and inner authority — leaving you feeling supported, rooted, and aligned.
