Arm Balances & Inversions with Courtney Fox

Help us welcome guest instructor: Courtney Fox! 🦊 Courtney is a passionate E-RYT500 instructor at @ModernYogaScottsdale. She can be found teaching large community yoga events - in the outfield at Salt River or Chase Field, the Vikara Yoga Festival or on the rooftop at Scottsdale Fashion Square. 🧘🏼‍♀️We’re ecstatic to host her talent in the West Valley here at @ElementsYoga!

This playful, hands on workshop explores the art of getting upside-down. We'll start with prep poses and techniques, then move into headstand, handstand, forearm balance, crow and other fun arm balances. Perfect for intermediate students ready to challenge themselves and rediscover their playful side! 🤸🏽‍♀️
