We’ll begin in a sacred opening circle to set intentions and ground together.
Abby will guide you into movement with music that flows from soft and meditative to energizing and liberating.
There are no steps to follow, no right or wrong — only freedom, release, and play.
We’ll close in circle, sharing reflections, gratitude, and connection.
