Love Your Gut Sourdough Workshop

WHAT TO BRING:
• large mixing bowl (avoid metal)
• mixing spoon
• apron (optional)
WHAT YOU'LL NEED AT HOME FOR BAKING:
• food scale
• all purpose unbleached flour & salt
• dutch oven or pot with lid to bake in
• parchment paper
WHAT YOU'LL LEAVE GET:
• dinner (soup, sourdough loaf, dessert)
• sourdough loaf to bring home & bake
• 100 yr old established sourdough starter

RSVP by May 10th, to reserve your spot, pay $22 to Pamela Nelson or Julia Timm.
This workshop is limited to the first 12 people.
