Grief Workshop - My Heart is Broken
Teens and Adults. This workshop is for anyone experiencing any type of grief and loss.

Grief is a universal human experience that touches us in profound ways when we face loss or significant changes in our life.

While it’s a shared journey, it’s one that is unique, personal and at times isolating.

Together we’ll create a safe space to explore the facets of grief – its challenges, the ebbs and flow of emotions, to bring forth the possibilities of growth and healing.

We’ll explore how the brain processes change and why it’s a big part of our grieving process.

There will be time for sharing (if you wish), and self-reflection.

Join us as we reconnect with that lost part of yourself and find a way forward on your personal journey.
