Holy smokes Batman! Scootmasters take on the Gold Coast for a brand-new adventure cruise with new route gang. It’s been a while since we have done a Gold Coast ride - you asked for it - you got it!
Ride length: approx 45km
Meet location: Carpark - Macintosh Island between Southport and Surfers Paradise (see map and guidance in chat).
Meet time is 10:00am for a 10:30pm departure. Don’t be late.
Heading off from Macintosh Island we cruise down the coast to Palm Beach (all being well) stopping off at Burleigh Heads for a photo opp and to admire the views of the coast. We plan to stop at our turnaround point at Palm beach for a much-deserved ice cream or snack before heading back north where we will continue on past our start point into the Broadwater Parklands for our lunch stop. at around 1pm. You can either BYO a picnic lunch or purchase food such as fish n chips or a burger at venues nearby and return to the picnic tables. There will always be someone guarding the scoots.
This ride has it all - sun, beach, surf, panoramic views, wide paths, and of course great company.
