ESSENCE: The Breathwork Experience

ESSENCE: The Breathwork Experience is an intimate and deeply immersive portal designed to expand your understanding of the nervous system, equip you with tools to support self-regulation, and guide you into deeper exploration of your inner world.

We’ll close out the evening with an extended Breathwork journey, where you’ll connect with your breath to move through a powerful process of emotional release, nervous system recalibration, and the embodiment of your truth.

During ESSENCE: The Breathwork Experience, you will:

• Learn simple strategies to support yourself when life gets bumpy
• Feel more connected to yourself and what you truly want in life
• Be empowered to make bolder decisions, knowing you’ve got your own back
• Feel inspired to share more of your truth without fear getting in the way
• Connect and journey together with with other likeminded humans
• Experience all of YOU - beneath the masks life has taught you to wear
• Have an experience like no other

What to Expect

A safe space to breathe, be held, feel, release, laugh and remember who you are!

What to Bring

• Journal & pen
• Your favourite mug for a hot drink
• Water bottle
• Blanket (optional but recommended so you can get cosy for the breathwork journey)
• Eye mask (optional)

Yoga mats & pillows will be provided

• Free parking available in the venue carpark & on the street
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to sign a medical waiver & settle in
