The Story of Us

An Art Therapy Workshop for Couples

Every couple has a story the fights the fun the love the small and big milestones. This workshop is about pausing for a couple of hours and really looking at that journey together.

Here’s what we’ll do:

✨ You and your partner will sit together and create art through different and shared timelines that reflects your story.

✨ You’ll design a symbol that feels uniquely yours as a couple.

✨ We’ll guide you to map your journey from your first hello to where you are today to where you're going from here

✨ There will be small meaningful activities that help you step into each other’s shoes and see things from fresh perspectives.

✨ You’ll share stories memories maybe even some laughter (and a few fights are welcome too 😅).

What you’ll take back:

💝 A few little keepsakes you’ve created together

💝 New ways of understanding each other

💝 A softer renewed sense of “us”

It's conducted by 2 counseling psychologists art therapist & couple therapy practioner.

It’s not therapy-heavy and it’s not a typical date night either it’s something in between. A warm creative safe space for you and your partner to just be together in a different way.
