Pet Care Workshop for Kids!

Are you thinking about adding a pet to your household? Come to a FREE Pet Care Workshop for Kids at the library on August 13 at 2 p.m.

Presented by the Douglas County Humane Society, this workshop will help you learn how to take care of the most common household pets --- cats, dogs, rabbits, and birds --- and will include simple, age-appropriate tips for feeding, grooming, exercise, and the importance of regular veterinary care. Your child will have the opportunity to meet some special animal guests, too! No registration is required.
