NOURISHING YIN & SOUND BATH

Sink into a full 75 minutes of deep rest and renewal with Yoga Practitioner, Lily Avarez. Settle in as we combine the stillness of yin yoga with the soothing vibrations of a sound bath.

Lily holds space with the intention of creating a safe, nurturing environment where others can gently open to themselves and connect in authentic ways. A devoted yoga practitioner for over five years, she continues to learn alongside her community—rooted in presence and passion.

This class is designed to calm the mind, release tension, and restore balance — the perfect way to close your week and invite ease into your body and spirit.

No experience needed. All bodies are welcome.
Bring your mat, cozy layers, and an open heart.
