Movies on the Island 2025

The Douglas County Drug Prevention Coalition is proudly hosting three nights of family friendly movies at Barkers Island Festival Park! Enjoy the beauty of the bay while watching a film under the stars. Bring your blankets, chairs, and the whole family for a memorable experience! The fun begins at dusk the first three Saturdays in August 2025.

August 2nd - Moana 2
Set sail on a brand-new ocean adventure with Moana!

August 9th - The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water
Dive deep into the goofy, underwater chaos of SpongeBob and friends!

August 16th - Dolphin Tale
A heartwarming true story about a dolphin, a boy, and the magic of second chances.
