Gentle & Restorative Yoga

Gentle and Restorative Yoga is a soothing and nurturing class designed to promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and inner peace. This class focuses on gentle stretching, slow-paced movements, and supported poses to release tension, ease stress, and restore balance to the body and mind.

Props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks are often used to provide additional support and comfort, allowing students to fully surrender into each posture.
