DYI Charcuterie Class @ The Spirit Room

Join us with our friends at the Spirit Room on Saturday May 10th for a fun filled charcuterie making event. Class will start at Noon, with check-in as early as 11:30am. We’ll bring the cheese and accoutrements; you bring the excitement!

This class will walk you through the processes we use when creating a tasty and visually appealing charcuterie tray. Learn a few tips and tricks while having a good time.

Cost per person $25 Small Box or $35 Medium Box, Large Box $55

Includes:

• Charcuterie Box: Medium (3 cheeses, 2 meats, pickles/olives, nuts, fruit, crackers & chocolate), Small (3 cheeses, 1 meats, pickles/olives, nuts, fruit, crackers & chocolate), Large (4 Cheeses, 3 meats, pickles/olives, nuts, fruit, crackers & chocolate)

• 1 Specialty Cocktail or Mocktail

The class duration is 1-1.5 hours. Please make sure to notate any allergy concerns when completing the checkout process.
