Through interactive sessions on topics like systems thinking, financial landscapes, data-informed decision-making, and alternative care models, participants will gain practical tools and insights to drive meaningful change. Facilitated by experienced leaders and guest experts, this program encourages collaboration, critical thinking, and bold visioning — equipping changemakers to move from ideas to action.
