Every person wants to be understood and appreciated. Conflict in close relationships often arises when we feel one of these things is not true. In this session, we will discuss strategies for navigating conflict in close relationships successfully, with a special focus on conflict between parents and children– both youth and adult. We will also discuss how to heal past conflicts that have had a lasting effect on our relational bonds.
