Kids Yoga Thursday Millwell Rd Community Hall

Hi mums! Looking for a fun and calming after-school activity for your little one?

I run a Kids Yoga class every Thursday at 3:45 PM at the Millwell Rd Community Centre in Maroochydore, specially designed for children aged 5 to 12.

In each 45-minute class, your child will:
• Build confidence and focus
• Improve balance, strength, and flexibility
• Learn simple breathing and relaxation tools
• Have fun in a warm, supportive space!

It’s just $10 per class – drop-in welcome!
No need to commit or book. Just come along and give it a go!
