Sculpt Your Strength at the Plaza

Join us on the second and last Thursday of each month from 6:00 to 6:45 PM for a light, energizing group workout led by Coach Kamal, surrounded by inspiring art and fresh air.

Sculpt Your Strength is a low-impact fitness class designed for all fitness levels to help you build balance, flexibility, and core strength!
