CRYSTAL SOUNDBOWL HEALING EVENINGS
At Heart Alchemy Healing, every week we gather in a small community circle - a space that feels safe, human and real. A space where you can breathe a little deeper and actually feel yourself again.
We open with a warm cup of Mumma Cacao, prepared with intention. Cacao has this way of softening the walls we didn’t even realise we were holding - helping you drop out of your head and into the quieter, more honest space of the heart.
As the Cacao begins to settle, the crystal sound bowls take over - their frequencies and resonance moving through the body like a gentle reset.
These tones support the nervous system, soften tension and help your cells remember what ease feels like.
There’s a moment in every session where the whole room shifts… where everyone drops into presence, where the noise clears and you can actually hear yourself again.
This isn’t just a sound bath. It’s a calm return to your centre - a subtle but powerful recalibration that leaves you feeling clearer, lighter and more connected to yourself.
