William Black is a Los Angeles–based DJ and producer whose emotionally resonant melodic bass draws listeners in with uplifting soundscapes and deeply personal lyrics rooted in themes like depression, addiction, love, and loss. He first gained attention with his 2018 debut EP Universe, which hit #1 on the iTunes Dance Charts, followed by his acclaimed full-length album Pages in 2019 and his introspective sophomore album Pieces in 2021. His 2023 release, The Nature of Hope, embraced sonic diversity and emotional depth, reinforcing his position in the melodic EDM scene. Known for blending cinematic production with heartfelt storytelling, William Black has collaborated with artists like SLANDER, ILLENIUM, and Audien and commands devoted audiences through both live shows and livestreams.
