Info: This event starts sharp at 10 AM so please arrive by 9:45 AM and give yourself enough time to settle down and get ready for the meditation session. The facilitator Shraddha will guide you into focusing on your third eye chakra, Ajna Chakra with the music further leading you into deep meditative mind for 25 mints. There will be a 10 mint break for you to walk around use restroom and drink water. The next 25 mints you will be back into the meditation session for Anahata Chakra which will help you open up your heart for removing all the barriers and welcoming compassion in your life. The meditation ends promptly at 11 AM. You can stay back to relax or chat with the artists and facilitator and take pictures or just hang out to make friends :)
