That’s what Time4Calm’s weekly Wednesday meditation group is all about. It’s a warm, welcoming space at The Barnes Institute, where you can arrive exactly as you are, settle in and let the day’s troubles ease away 🧡

Whether you’re brand new to meditation and simply want to see what it’s all about, or you regularly practice, everybody is welcome.
