Stop Smoking Workshop

In an effort to help the people of Sunderland quit smoking for good, the Beacon of Light will host new Stop Smoking Workshops in partnership with Sunderland City Council.

The three-month initiative is designed to support individuals on their journey to quit smoking, these workshops will take place twice a week and form part of the Foundation of Light's continued commitment to improving community health and well-being.

Workshop details:
45 minutes of discussion and support, followed by health and fitness activities. The workshops will run at the following times:
