Holmeside Writers - August 2025

I'm on my holidays this month, so August's session will be run by the very capable Edward Davies. Ed will be exploring writing about the sea, and will lead you through his writing process, from initial ideas to editing that awkward first draft.

Ed is a young poet who writes about the bittersweet post-industrial landscape of the North East. He recently graduated from Lancaster University, where he studied literature, and is currently supporting me at King Ink's Young Voices group.
