Active Forever (Monday)

Held in the downstairs hall.

The course is being run by Active Families NE and is low impact seated exercise for the over 50's.

It's designed to for the older generation making them more active, feel fitter, enjoy the company with a friendly chat - all for £4 per person session.

No need to book, just drop in, you'll be very welcome.
