Geocaching 101 with Team Merchlinsky

Geocaching is the world's largest treasure-hunt! It is an any-day, any-time activity that can take you to amazing and beautiful places. Geocaches are physical containers hidden all around the world waiting for you to discover using a set of coordinates.

In Geocaching 101, you will learn how to hide and how to find a geocache. You will learn to use log sheets, create a Geocaching account, and search for a special new geocache hidden for this class. A smartphone or handheld GPS is required.
