Sound Bath classes are a deeply immersive and therapeutic experience where participants are "bathed" in sound waves produced by various instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and tuning forks. This class is designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance mindfulness through the healing vibrations and resonances of sound.
