Intro to Aerial Yoga, Beginner Workshop

Curious about aerial yoga? Join Jamie, aerialist, yogi and therapist for a two-hour introductory workshop designed for beginners. You will learn the basics of aerial yoga through several movement sequences on the ground and in the air, focused on spinal decompression, flexibility, balance, strength, body awareness, stress reduction and improved mood. Amazing opportunity to be present in your body, connect with others and have FUN!

Ages 16 & up, beginner level.
Recommended before participation in ongoing weekly aerial yoga class.

*Wear comfortable clothing that enables movement, pants that cover the backs of the knees and shirts that cover underarms (Tank tops, shorts NOT recommended). Please bring a water bottle.
