GO CART with Lagom Music & Yoga

Join the GO-CART and Lagom Music & Yoga at Wetmore Park for musical wellness from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.

Kirsten Haukness Setz brings her infectious enthusiasm and a background in child development to her yoga and music classes for kids. As a current public school teacher, Kirsten has a deep understanding of how to create engaging and educational experiences for young learners. This love of fostering young minds naturally spilled over into Kirsten’s creation of this unique program. Here, she blends playful movement, yoga poses, and catchy tunes to introduce children to the joys of yoga and mindfulness. Her classes are designed not only to build physical strength and flexibility but also to enhance balance, coordination, and a sense of calm in young learners.
