Join Moffitt Cancer Center's Lung Screening experts for lung screenings on Tuesday, August 12.

Screenings will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Freedom Plaza Residence (1010 American Eagle Blvd, Sun City Center).

You must meet these guidelines for a lung cancer screening:
• 50 years of age
• Current or former smoker
• Smoked for 20 years or more

Having a lung cancer screening is an important part of a proactive health care plan for current and former smokers. Screenings can identify potentially cancerous abnormalities like lung nodules long before any symptoms occur.
