Sip and Savor Santa Barbara at the Co^lluvial Wines Dinner at Summit House on 4/30

Summit House (395 Springfield Ave) invites guests to an exclusive Co^lluvial Wine Dinner on Wednesday April 30th at 6:30 PM featuring a three-course prix-fixe menu from Chef AJ Capella paired with five wines from Santa Barbara’s most acclaimed vineyards. Fernando Fernandez founder of Co^lluvial Wines will guide guests through a tasting experience that highlights site-specific expressions of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from vineyards like Sanford & Benedict La Rinconada and Tinaquaic. A thoughtful pairing of Tuna Carpaccio Pan Roasted Duck and Valley Shepard Creamery Nettlesome Cheese will be served alongside each pour with Fernandez sharing stories of his journey from Puerto Rico to winemaking in California after leaving a fast-paced career in NYC. Tickets are $180 plus tax with gratuity being included. Given the nature of the set menu substitutions are limited to allergies and dietary restrictions.
