Payment: Venmo $60 to @sonja-mesik to reserve your spot. Note “Luxe May 20” so I know which class you’re signed up for!

• An apron if you want one (l'll have a few extras, too)

• Hands-on experience from the first mix to the final shaping
• Tips and tricks in real time
• A new banneton (proofing basket) with your own full-sized artisan sourdough loaf, shaped by you and ready to bake at home
• My sourdough cheat sheet that recaps every step so you can do it again on your own!

Meet Your Instructor
I'm Sonja! I’m a home artisan sourdough baker. My philosophy is that sourdough is not that serious - anyone can do it!

I love capturing photos and videos during class for use on social media. (If you'd prefer not to be photographed, just let me know at the start of class —no problem)
