All-Levels Yoga

All-Levels Yoga is basic enough even if you've never been on a mat and challenging enough if you're looking to get a great workout!

I will lead you through a class of Hatha Yoga, connecting mind to body, learning de-stressing techniques, and building strength & confidence 💕
