WVa Hellbender 2025 - Curves, Friends, Good Times

Gateway to the Monongahela National Forest, over 1 million acres of forest and home to great driving roads. Join us and drive these great roads with old and new friends. We'll be starting from the Sleep Inn in Summersville and driving lots of great roads to Monterey, VA for a leisurely lunch at High's Restaurant and then we'll return to Summersville via even more curvy roads. In the evening, conversation, friendship, maybe an adult beverage or two.

The rate for the Sleep Inn Summersville is $114.05/night plus those unavoidable taxes.Be sure to use the "Honda S2000" event code to get the special rate. We're looking forward to seeing you there August 15. If you want to come early, the special rate is good for Thursday August 14 as well.

Info: Meet in the lobby at 10:00 am. Leave around 10:15 am and make a leisurely drive to Snowshoe Resort for lunch. Your chance to enjoy the great scenery and the Monongahela Forrest. This is NOT the complete drive, just a leisurely drive to lunch.

Info: We'll meet in the lobby at 5:45 pm and head to dinner at Maloney's Pub as a group. Bring your appetite because dinner is at 6:00 pm. There might even be live music.

Info: We'll get together in the lobby for a drivers meeting at 8:45 am. We'll leave the hotel for the official WV Hellbender drive at 9:00 am. Don't forget sunscreen , a hat, and your sense of adventure.

Known for its great food, High's is the perfect spot to take a break from driving those curvy roads and eat a tasty lunch. After lunch, back to driving the great roads that lead back to Summersville and the hotel.

Info: We'll get together in the lobby once again and journey across the highway to dinner at 6:00 pm as a group. Come hungry for good Italian food.
