Jim Miller is a nature and travel photographer based in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. A lifelong outdoorsman, Jim grew up in Florida and has spent over 45 years living along the South Carolina coast—experiences that have deeply influenced his connection to nature and his photographic vision.
His passion for the natural world, water sports, and exploration has taken him across 38 U.S. states and 25 countries, from the icy reaches of Alaska to the southern tip of Cape Horn, and from the landscapes of Europe to the wilds of Africa.
Jim’s work has been featured in a range of print and digital publications and has earned numerous awards in local, state, and regional photography competitions. He frequently shares his expertise and stories through presentations to photography clubs, churches and community groups across South Carolina.
