Join Vida on a Friday evening for Sunset Vibrations. Bask in the golden glow of summer’s end with a restorative crystal sound bath designed to soothe the senses and reset your energy for the weekend ahead. We'll begin with light movement to awaken the body, and finish off with an immersive sound bath to heal your mind and body. As the sun dips below the horizon, you'll be guided into stillness through the gentle resonance of crystal singing bowls.
