Join us for this hands on class to learn about the basics of Canning, pickling, and jams.
Produce and recipes will feature the best of summer vegetables and fruits which may include- berries, stonefruit, green beans, tomatoes, onions, carrots, beets, sweetcorn *based on availability.
Instruction includes:
quick refrigerator pickles
canning fruit jam
canning pickles and vegetables
Class will use Vegetables in season on the farm.
* Class must have 4 participants otherwise may be canceled.

All classes have a 48 Hour cancellation policy, You must email
