It’s All Greek to Me- Cooking Class

This class is limited to participants 18 years of age and older.

Join us for this hands on class in Greek Cuisine! Working in groups of two you will create a made from scratch menu that you can easily make at home! Guests will get to eat the food prepared after instruction.

Menu: Traditional Greek Salad, Spinach and Feta Spanikopta, Lemon Chicken and Roasted Potatoes

Instruction includes:

-Chicken preparation and marinating
-Use of Philo Dough
-Roasting and baking
-Knife skills

* Beer, Wine or Non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase
* Class must have 4 participants otherwise may be canceled.
