Nature walk-A guided tour.

Where: Lake Meade Park in Suffolk

What time: 10 am
Limited entries: 15 people.
Donation: $10 per person
Group of four people, $30.


Description of tour: Total walk, about a mile. John Carr as “tour guide” has substantial knowledge of Virginia wildlife and horticulture. He’s going to talk about the different trees/plant life that are in the park. He will take questions as well. Dogs on leashes are permitted. There are bathroom facilities as well as water fountains at the entrance of the park, but we do recommend bringing your own water or snacks. No snacks will be provided. Donations must be done ahead of the event, NO DONATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON SITE. Per Suffolk Parks and Rec.
