Open to Constantia Chapters and families
Celebrate the 238th Anniversary of the signing of the U.S. Constitution
Must be here by 3:45pm (in order to ring the bell on time)
3:55pm Bells across America Ceremony (Bring your hand bells)
We are meeting at the Bell between Suffolk Courts and Harper Table.
Parking is in the back in the court or public parking.
