Tinctures have been used for millennia in traditional herbal medicine, and they make it easy to consume the natural health-boosting chemicals found in certain plants. This is a fast-moving class, and you will learn both the folk method and calculation method. You will take home a tincture you have started as well as a book of reliable information and sources
