Grief doesn’t follow a schedule. It doesn’t show up in a straight line. And it never truly leaves — but with support, it can become something we learn to carry with grace, rather than alone.
This workshop is a gentle, safe space for anyone navigating the pain of loss — whether it’s recent and raw or quiet and lingering from years past. We gather to hold space for one another, share openly (or simply listen), and process grief in a way that honors both the love we had and the pain we feel.
You don’t have to “be okay” to walk through our doors. You just have to be willing to show up — exactly as you are.
🕯 In this workshop, we will:
Share stories, memories, and moments of our loved ones
Explore the many shapes and stages of grief
Learn tools to navigate sorrow, numbness, anger, and acceptance
Connect with others who understand what it means to hurt and still hope
Create a space where it’s okay to cry, laugh, be quiet, or say “I don’t know what I feel”
Read through helpful materials and share on them
Engage in gentle reflection and healing practices, including mindfulness, writing prompts, and guided moments of stillness
There is no pressure to speak. No expectation to be "over it." Just a compassionate circle of support where your loss is valid, your story matters, and your presence is enough.
